Job summary

Private Advertiser in Sydney is seeking a payroll specialist to own fortnightly payroll end to end, including commissions, bonuses, superannuation and STP. You’ll handle leave, employee records, and payroll reporting, with the finance function running on Xero.

Minimum 5 years Australian payroll experience, familiarity with awards and agreements, commissions, and confidential information handling. This is a part-time role (2 days per week, pro rata to $80k FTE) with superannuation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience running Australian payroll end to end: awards and agreements, super, STP, leave and terminations
• Experience with commission or incentive payments
• Tight change control: nothing missed between one pay run and the next
• Discretion with confidential information and clear written communication

Responsibilities

• Run fortnightly payroll end to end

• Prepare payroll reporting
• Manage payroll tax data for NSW, Victoria and Queensland
