Job summary

Richard Lloyd Recruitment – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Payroll Manager for a part-time on-campus role in Sydney's Inner West. You will manage end-to-end payroll fortnightly, maintain records for new starters and terminations, and respond to internal stakeholder queries.

The ideal candidate has experience with end-to-end payroll processing, payroll awards/EBAs, strong customer service and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Micropay experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly basis.

• Payroll accounting including reconciliations, journals and reporting for budget preparation.

End-to-end payroll role

This is a part time role – 3 days per week.

The Role

As the Payroll Manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• End-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly basis
• Keep payroll records up to date, including new starters, terminations, salary changes, etc
• Answer queries from internal stakeholders
• Prepare Super, PAYG, and payroll tax calculations
• Payroll accounting including reconciliations, journals and reporting for budget preparation
• Ad hoc duties as requested

Your Background

To be considered for this Payroll Manager role, ideally you will meet the following criteria:

• End-to-end payroll processing experience
• Experience in payroll awards and/or EBAs
• Great customer service skills
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Micropay will be highly regarded
