Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Lambton and Wallsend, NSW, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults living in SIL houses across the Hunter/Newcastle region. You will support daily routines, personal care, mobility, transport, and community engagement under person-centred plans.

Qualifications

• Driver’s licence (P2 or above) and ability to assist mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful support with personal care, meals, medication and daily routines.
• Encourage independence, decision-making and skill-building.
• Support community engagement and transport using CPA vans or own vehicle.
• Follow person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism.
