Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Umina Beach, NSW, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults in our Accommodation SIL Houses live independent, meaningful lives.

You will provide personal care and support daily routines, assist with community engagement and transport, and help clients build skills with a person-centred approach. Training and development are prioritized within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Client-focused with passion for supporting people with disabilities.
• Ability to perform personal care, mobility support and transfers.
• NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above) required.
• Flexible across early mornings, day, afternoons/evenings and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful support with personal care, meals, medication and daily routines.
• Encourage skill-building, independence and decision-making.
• Support community engagement and transport using CPA vans or personal vehicle.
• Follow person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism.
• Build positive relationships with clients.
