WEmpower is urgently seeking Disability Support Workers to join SIL homes across NSW Mid North Coast. Immediate start and shifts available. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide person-centred care, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have NDIS experience, a Certificate III in Individual Support, and are ready to commence immediately. Weekend shifts and a collaborative team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications
