Job summary

Northcott is hiring multiple Support Workers for permanent part-time roles in Kembla Grange. You will help customers with daily tasks, personal care and community access, delivering compassionate, person-centred support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months disability sector experience.
• Experience supporting participants with complex care needs (catheter care, bowel care, diabetes, ABI).
• Experience in Supported Independent Living and personal care including meal time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support across supported accommodation services.
• Assist with daily tasks and community access.
• Support customers to build skills and independence.
• Maintain safety and provide respectful care.
• Work across shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights and weekends.
