Job summary

Northcott is recruiting multiple part-time Support Workers in Wagga Wagga, NSW, to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across our supported accommodation services. You will help customers build skills, maintain independence and participate in daily activities with empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ disability sector experience.
• Experience supporting customers with complex care needs, including catheter care and bowel care.
• Experience working in Supported Independent Living and providing personal care, including meal time management plans.
• Demonstrated experience in managing behaviours of concern, administering medication, and following medication management protocols.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in manual handling, use of wheelchairs, and ensuring safe transport practices.
• A short cover letter outlining your skills, experience and what interests you about this role.
