Job summary

Northcott in Sydney seeks multiple Casual Support Workers to provide person-centred support across accommodation sites in Guildford and Toongabbie. You will assist customers with daily living tasks, personal care, and activities that promote independence.

Qualifications

• Flexibility, compassion, and confidence to work in a community setting.
• Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities and behaviour support plans.
• Able to adapt quickly and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence in the community.
• Provide personal care and daily living tasks, including domestic duties.
• Use manual handling techniques safely and confidently.
• Build positive relationships to help customers reach goals.
• Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnights and public holidays.
