Job summary

Westhaven Ltd is recruiting versatile Support Workers to provide person-centred care for adults with disabilities across community and residential settings in Dubbo, NSW. Roles include assisting with daily living, participating in social activities, and facilitating goals within NDIS plans.

We offer competitive hourly rates ($36.22–$39.53) plus shift loadings and super, salary packaging, meal/entertainment cards, and a clear pathway to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care and daily living tasks.
• Experience with disability support and NDIS goals.
• Willingness to work across a 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Support participants in community activities and at home.
• Assist with advocacy, reporting, and documentation of care notes.
