Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles.
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive.
• Safety & Compliance: WWCC, NDISWC, RCWR.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Ability to work across a 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care for clients of all ages.
• Plan and attend appointments, school activities, or social outings to foster development.
• Mentor children while empowering adults to maintain independence.
• Complete daily case notes, incident reports and essential administrative tasks.
