Job summary

Holistic Care Aus is seeking passionate Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team across the Greater Sydney Region. You will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities, helping with daily living, transportation, and social activities.

Key qualities include reliability, empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reliable, empathetic and professional in client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver consistent support.
• Understanding of person-centred care and participant rights.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support community access, social outings and recreational activities.
• Provide transport to appointments, activities and events.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep and domestic duties.
• Encourage independence and development of everyday living skills.
• Support participants with complex needs following support plans.
