Dentons Australia seeks a Solicitor or Associate with 1–3 years PQE to join our Perth Employment & Safety team. You’ll handle investigations, litigation, and advising employers on workplace matters, including matters referred from our international offices.

You will work with senior lawyers and have opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression. You will manage end-to-end matters, draft clear advice, maintain client relationships, and support hearings at the Fair

Qualifications

• PQE: 1–3 years in employment law or litigation.
• Knowledge of legislation, common law and employer strategy.
• Experience running matters end to end for your PQE level.

Responsibilities

• Run matters end to end as applicable to your PQE level.
• Draft clear, commercial legal advice.
• Manage client relationships and identify risks.
• Raise issues with the partner and support decisions.
• Appear as advocate in Fair Work Commission hearings with support.
