Dentons Australia is seeking a Solicitor or Associate (1–3 years PQE) to join our Employment & Safety practice in Perth. You will work across a broad range of clients, including matters referred from our international offices, with opportunities to participate in litigation, investigations and employment-law advisory work.

With senior lawyers and internal development programs, there is significant potential for career progression and ongoing professional growth within a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Experience in investigations and litigation.
• Ability to appear as advocate in hearings.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best strategy for employers.

Responsibilities

• Run matters end to end for your PQE level.
• Exhibit strong drafting and communication with clarity in advice.
• Manage client relationships and identify risks early.
• Identify risks and escalate them to the partner.
• Appear as advocate in Fair Work Commission hearings with support.
