You’ll maintain accurate records for compliance and work with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs while upholding our values of Integrity and Compassion.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client–facing role.
• Interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.
• A current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
