Job summary

VERTO in Kyogle is seeking a Part-time (2 days per week) coordinator for the Inclusive Employment Australia program, helping people with disability or health conditions prepare for and obtain meaningful work. You will support participants, promote to employers, build networks, deliver person-centred support, assist with resumes and applications, and maintain accurate records to ensure program compliance.

Preferred applicants hold a Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services,

• Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services (or willing to obtain)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team player with good time management
• Target-driven and adaptable
• Excellent administration skills
• Current driver's licence
• Regional travel is essential (Site car provided during work hours)
