Job summary

VERTO is seeking a full-time Employment Support Officer for our Beenleigh office to help participants into sustainable, meaningful employment and to promote job placements with employers. You will build employer and community networks and deliver person-centred support.

You will assist with resumes, applications and interview preparations, while keeping accurate records to ensure program compliance and successful outcomes. We offer salary packaging, training, and extensive leave options.

About You

• Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services (or willing to obtain)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team player with good time management
• Target-driven and adaptable
• Excellent administration skills
• Current driver’s licence and local travel required.
