The Salvation Army Australia is seeking an Employment Consultant for our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. You will help participants move toward sustainable employment, build confidence, and connect with local employers in the south‑east suburbs including Hampton Park and surrounding areas.

You will work in a supportive, outcomes‑driven environment, with full training, mentoring, and a flexible 9‑day fortnight or monthly RDO.

Competenze

• Experience in employment services or customer-facing roles.
• Driver's licence and own car are required.
• Travel between sites across the region may be needed.

Mansioni

• Build supportive relationships with IEA participants.
• Help participants prepare resumes, job applications and interview skills.
• Connect with local employers, identify opportunities and advocate for participants.
• Provide ongoing support once someone starts work and refer to training providers and services.
• Keep accurate records to ensure quality support.
