Job summary

Workskil Australia Ltd in Cannington, WA, is seeking a Prior Conviction Case Manager (Employment Coach - Specialist) to manage a caseload of customers with a history of prior offenses and help them gain employment. The role uses intensive case management to build vocational skills and address non-vocational barriers.

You will advocate with employers, run group sessions, and support clients toward meaningful job opportunities. This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Cannington site.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Community Services is required or willingness to study.
• Experience in Employment Services or related field is preferred.
• Ability to assess, match and refer customers to job opportunities and advocate to employers.

Responsibilities

• Support an allocated caseload of customers with a prior offender history to find employment.
• Use intensive case management to build vocational skills and address barriers.
• Advocate to employers and run group-based sessions to boost confidence and outcomes.
