Job summary

Workskil Australia Ltd is seeking a Youth Job Coach to support around 50 Transition to Work participants aged 15-24. This full‑time fixed‑term role runs to 11 June 2027, based at the Cannington site, with a 9‑day fortnight and a fixed day off every second week.

Salary will be negotiated with experience, with salary packaging options available. You will provide intensive case management, direct employer marketing, group job-search sessions and post-placement support to help participants set

Qualifications

Hold a current drivers’ licence.
Current Working with Children’s Check (or ability to obtain).
Experience in Youth or Employment Services or related industry.
Minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services, Career Development or Youth (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Provide intensive person-centred case management and mentorship to about 50 TtW participants.
Undertake direct employer marketing and coordinate job-search sessions.
Deliver facilitated group job-search sessions to motivate job placements.
Undertake detailed assessments, set goals and refer to services as needed.
Support young people to gain sustainable employment or return to education; provide post-placement follow-up.
