MatchWorks, part of genU, is seeking an Employment Coach to support people with disability or barriers toward employment in the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You’ll build relationships, assess skills and goals, and provide practical, personalised support to help participants become job ready and achieve sustainable outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with teams to connect participants with training, health, and community supports, developing career plans that unlock potential and confidence.

Qualifications

• NDIS screening and orientation module requirements.
• Experience in customer service or employment support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand participants' strengths and goals to match them with opportunities.
• Bridge the gap between job seekers and employers by promoting skills.
• Link participants with training, health, and community supports.
• Help participants develop practical career plans to boost confidence.
