genU is recruiting an Employment Coach in Hobart to support people with disability, injury or barriers through the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. You will build strong relationships with participants, assess skills and goals, and provide practical, personalised support to help them become job ready and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to support participants and stakeholders.
• Accurate and timely documentation and compliance records per Workforce Australia requirements.
• Collaborative team member with professionalism, positivity and a mature approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand participant strengths and goals to match them with employment opportunities.
• Bridge gaps between job seekers and local employers by promoting their skills.
• Link participants with training, health and community supports for long-term success.
• Help participants develop practical career plans to unlock potential and confidence.
