HumanX HR is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. • You are curious and have an appetite to learn. You will bring your experience (3 years +) and be ready to take the next step in your ER career.
• You strive for excellence and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience to your clients.
• Your guidance is highly valued internally and externally because you have the ability to apply a commercial lens and solve problems that don’t traditionally fit neatly into the ER box.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excel in interpreting legislation, industrial instruments, policies, and working within systems and practices to offer clear guidance on employee and industrial relations matters.
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations matters such as employee grievances, performance and disciplinary matters, policy development and contract drafting.
• Thrive in the grey. You are comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty and you tailor solutions to meet the circumstances.
