Job summary

You will coach and guide leaders across a broad range of people matters, helping them build capability, improve employee experience and respond to workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent.
• Experience as an HR practitioner in a business partnering role.
• Case management experience across complex people matters (ER, investigations, grievances).
• Knowledge of employment law, HR policy, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Strong written communication, analytical thinking, problem solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, contemporary HR advice to support operational success.
• Coach leaders across people practices, workforce planning and engagement.
• Manage and guide employee relations case work including grievances and investigations.
• Apply HR policy and legislation to practical solutions and change projects.
