Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join the People and Culture team in Mawson Lakes, SA. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff, providing expert ER guidance, coaching and support on workplace matters to resolve issues and foster a positive culture.

You will work on investigations, disciplinary processes and grievances, ensuring compliance with employment laws and enterprise agreements while partnering with HRBPs to drive engagement

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong generalist HR or Employee Relations experience.
• Experience managing employee relations matters and case management.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and workplace compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employee relations advice and coaching to leaders and teams.
• Support engagement, retention and performance conversations.
• Manage range of people-related cases and investigations.
• Guide leaders through disciplinary processes and grievances.
• Interpret and apply employment legislation and enterprise agreements.
• Develop leader capability through coaching and practical support.
• Partner with HRBPs to drive culture and engagement initiatives.
