Qualifications

• Experience representing an organization in Fair Work Commission proceedings in Australia.
• Experience in employee relations and labor/employment law.
• Knowledge of Australian employment law and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to manage case intake and prepare case files.

Responsibilities

• Represent Amazon at Fair Work Commission proceedings by articulating the company's position, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with legal, enforcement, and policy teams to assess risks and regulatory changes; conduct analyses and liaise with external counsel.
• Gather, organize, and maintain comprehensive case files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify emerging risks and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on best practices for FWC proceedings.
• Monitor compliance with the Digital Labour Platform Deactivation Code (DLDP) and report risks to senior management.
