Amazon Australia is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead and develop a high-performing HR team within the Customer Fulfilment network. You will partner with mid- and senior-level leaders to design and execute talent, workforce planning and engagement strategies that align with business goals.

You’ll drive data-informed decisions, foster an empowering work environment, and support 24/7 operations with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HRBP or operations/HR experience.
• Experience supporting hourly employee groups.
• Experience handling confidential HR information.
• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Understand business goals and drive improvements in HR.
• Create and drive development, employee relations, retention and reward programs.
• Implement HR initiatives to foster a culture of engagement.
• Coach stakeholders across the Kemps Creek site.
• Gather data to inform decision making.
• Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams.
