Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Amazon at Fair Work Commission proceedings, articulating the company’s position and policies.
• Collaborate with legal, enforcement, and policy teams to assess and mitigate labour dispute risks.
• Gather, organise and maintain comprehensive case files with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Identify emerging regulatory risks and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on best practices.
• Monitor internal policy compliance related to the Digital Labour Platform Deactivation Code (DLDP).
