Job summary

Capacity Plus Group Pty. Ltd. is seeking Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Newcastle region, covering Newcastle, Maitland, Lake Macquarie and Hunter Region.

You will provide personalised, one-on-one or small group support and help create a low-stress, positive environment for participants living with disability. The ideal candidate will have reliable availability, a passion for supporting people with disabilities, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in disability support or related field
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• Police Check
• First Aid and CPR certification (valid at time of application)
• Current driver's license and access to a reliable car with full insurance
• Full working rights in Australia
