Skechers Australia & New Zealand on the Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the Robina store. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This role offers leadership development, team coaching, and a supportive culture in a fast-paced retail environment. You will focus on visual merchandising, stock control, rostering, and ensuring a safe store.

Formación

• Experience in a senior sales assistant or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop a high-performing team.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Coach and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Help manage wage costs and contribute to rostering.
• Mentor team members to support growth and development.
• Maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
