Job summary

Skechers Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Wollongong store to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets.

You will coach and develop the team, oversee stock, visual merchandising, rostering, and customer service, while maintaining a safe, compliant store and delivering a best-in-class shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales assistant or leadership support role.
• Proactive leadership with a focus on team development.
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets.
