Job summary

Skechers Australia in Geelong is seeking a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager in driving daily operations, sales, and KPIs. You will guide a busy team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain store standards.

You will mentor staff, assist with visual merchandising and rostering, and help manage wage costs while ensuring a safe, compliant store environment and strong performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).
• A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills.
• Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and KPIs in partnership with the Store Manager.
