Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).

• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Inspire and coach the team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Help manage wage costs and contribute to rostering efficiency.
• Mentor and coach team members for growth and development.
• Maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
