Morgan Consulting in Australia is seeking an ambitious Assistant Account Executive or junior Account Executive to join our established insurance brokerage. The role offers a clear progression path toward managing your own portfolio and becoming a fully fledged Insurance Broker, with training and support to develop technical broking knowledge.

• Previous experience within the general insurance industry is essential.
• Experience in a Tier 1 insurance brokerage preferred but not essential.
• Background in an Assistant Account Executive, Assistant Broker or junior Account Executive position would be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Support experienced brokers and account executives with the management of a varied portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Assist with renewals, new business, quotations and policy administration.
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of broking services.
• Develop your technical knowledge across a range of general insurance products.
• Gradually take on increased responsibility and client ownership.
• Work towards managing your own portfolio and becoming a fully‑fledged Insurance Broker.
