Morgan Consulting in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to take ownership of an established SME insurance portfolio generating approximately $450k in annual income. You will manage renewals, negotiate with insurers, and present recommendations to clients while building enduring relationships with SME clients.

The role offers autonomy over your own portfolio, working within a supportive broking environment where you can develop and retain quality

Qualifications

Experience as Account Executive/Senior Account Executive or Account Manager in general insurance broking.
Strong knowledge of SME and commercial insurance products.
Confident managing client relationships and renewals independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

Take ownership of an established SME portfolio generating approximately $450k in annual income.
Manage full renewal cycle, negotiate with insurers, prepare renewal terms, present recommendations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of SME clients.
Provide advice across general and business insurance products.
Identify opportunities to grow and develop existing client relationships.
Collaborate with internal support and broking teams to ensure high-quality client service.
