Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance broking, underwriting or a related role.
• Understanding of General Insurance or Financial Lines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from industry professionals.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team.
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term career within insurance broking.

Responsabilités

• Assist Account Executives with management of an existing portfolio of insurance clients.
• Prepare quotations, renewals and insurance documentation.
• Liaise with insurers to obtain competitive terms and manage policy changes.
• Respond to client enquiries and provide ongoing administrative and broking support.
• Assist with claims enquiries and follow up with insurers where required.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is completed within deadlines.
• Build technical insurance knowledge and progress toward greater responsibility.
