Qualifications

• Bachelor/tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Property, Architecture or Engineering
• 1–5 years' experience in construction, property or project management
• Experience in client-side consultancy, head contractor or PM consultancy
• Exposure to contract administration, procurement or coordination

Responsibilities

• Assisting with projects from initial briefing through design, procurement, construction and handover
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders
• Preparing and maintaining project programs, cost plans and variation registers
• Assisting with procurement, tendering and appointments
• Reviewing invoices, progress claims and variations
• Attending client, design and construction meetings and preparing minutes
