Alfred Health's Emergency & Trauma Centre in Melbourne is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead inpatient care in a busy ED. You will establish a patient–nurse relationship and work with carers and colleagues to plan and evaluate care every step of the way.

The role requires evidence of ED experience, the ability to work independently and in a team, and a commitment to patient-centred care. Onsite facilities, ongoing education, and strong support from educators are provided.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
• Minimum 12 months Emergency Department experience or minimum 3 years hospital based acute care nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead excellent inpatient care in the Emergency Department.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and their carers.
• Collaborate with the health care team to establish and evaluate the patient’s plan of care.
• Be supported by other nursing positions to deliver high-quality care.
