Job summary

NSW Health in Eurobodalla Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department. You will deliver evidence-based, person-centred care in a fast-paced environment and supervise junior staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires current AHPRA RN registration and at least 3 years ED experience. You’ll contribute to quality improvement, communicate effectively, and participate in ongoing professional development with 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 3 years Emergency Department experience.
• Effective clinical communication through IT, written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrated evidence-based practice and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Supervise, support and delegate to less experienced clinicians to ensure quality care.
