Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Limited in Sydney seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for our Private Emergency Centre. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centred care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, at least two years in ED or Critical Care, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum two years' experience within an Emergency Department or Critical Care setting.
• Ability to respond effectively to rapidly changing situations and competing priorities.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centred care in a fast-paced private Emergency Centre.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams to ensure holistic care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a diverse caseload.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families and provide emotional support.
• Adapt clinical judgement to changing priorities and priorities in the ED.
