Alfred Health is seeking an experienced clinical nurse to lead excellent inpatient care in The Alfred Emergency and Trauma Centre. You will establish trusting relationships with patients and carers while developing and evaluating care plans in partnership with the health care team.

The role requires RN registration via AHPRA, 12+ months in Emergency or 3+ years in acute hospital care, and strong communication. Working rights must be held, with a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
• Minimum 12 months Emergency Department experience or minimum 3 years hospital based acute care nursing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Professional manner.
• Hold valid working rights.

Responsabilités

• Lead to excellent inpatient care and establish the patient relationship.
• Establish and evaluate the patient’s care plan in partnership with the patient, carers and health care team.
• Collaborate with nursing colleagues to support patient care and ensure timely interventions.
