Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Limited, operating Sydney Adventist Hospital, seeks a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Centre. You will join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centred care in a fast-paced private environment, with a focus on holistic support and learning.

Successful candidates will have current AHPRA registration, at least two years in ED/CC, and strong communication, assessment, and adaptability to changing priorities within a diverse caseload.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum two years' experience within an Emergency Department or Critical Care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centred care in a fast-paced private Emergency Centre.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while collaborating with medical, nursing and allied health teams.
• Deliver holistic, patient-centred care and build meaningful connections with patients and their families.
