• The role provides leadership relating to clinical change and development, and the education and support of learners and staff within the Eastern Health Emergency Services.
• Mentor, coach and support nurses to ensure patient-centered care and positive learner experiences.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement, education, or practice-change initiatives.
• Present in study days and workshops and contribute to recruitment and performance management if required.
• Provide constructive feedback to support professional growth and reflect on practice to enhance team effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning culture.
