Job summary

Northern Health is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead in the Emergency Department across our campuses in Melbourne's northern suburbs. The role combines advanced clinical expertise with operational leadership, coordinating staff, patient flow and care delivery to meet KPIs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in emergency nursing with advanced clinical skills and leadership capability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead on shift, coordinate patient flow and manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting workforce development, including coaching, mentoring and performance support.
• Strong understanding of operational performance measures and delivering care in line with KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and build effective working relationships.

Responsibilities
