Bayside Health is seeking a Clinical Support Nurse for the Emergency Department at Peninsula University Hospital, Frankston, Victoria. The role focuses on teaching and supporting nurses, delivering education within the scope of practice and hospital guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration, extensive Emergency Care experience, and postgraduate education credentials. The appointment is a part-time position (48 hours per fortnight) with a fixed-term until 19 December

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Extensive experience in Emergency Care
• Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care
• Experience in teaching or supporting learners

Responsabilidades

• Provide and facilitate education for nursing staff to develop clinical skills
• Support learners across all staff levels with guidance from Clinical Educators
• Ensure learning experiences align with evidence-based practice and hospital policies
• Contribute to risk mitigation and quality improvement through education

Conhecimentos

Emergency care experience

AHPRA registered

Teaching/education

Postgraduate emergency/critical care

Certificate IV in Training and Assess.
