The Northern Beaches Hospital Emergency Department seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator to lead, develop and co-ordinate structured learning for nurses within NSLHD. You will provide clinical teaching, orientation, skill accreditation and professional development support for staff and students.

You will deliver hospital orientation and mandatory training, and teach nursing courses within and outside NSLHD. Travel to other sites for lecturing and workshops is expected as part of the Nursing

Formación

• AHPRA registration required to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Post-registration qualifications or clinical/education experience as deemed appropriate by the employer.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to use hospital systems.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, coordinate and implement all structured learning for nurses within NSLHD.
• Provide clinical teaching, orientation, skill accreditation and professional development support.
• Deliver hospital orientation and mandatory training.
• Teach nursing courses within NSLHD and externally to NSLHD facilities.
• Contribute to the NSLHD Nursing Professional Development Program and travel to other sites as needed.
