Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in garment decoration space (DTF/DTG/Embroidery) is highly regarded.
• General experience in a similar production coordinator role is highly regarded.
• Attention to small detail is essential.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure of deadlines.
• Ability to think with a clear mind.

Responsibilities

• Count and check stock vs customer orders
• Split stock to move into either Print or Embroidery production queues
• Speak to clients regarding status updates on jobs if required
• Work with QC team to ensure highest quality standards are met
• Dispatch jobs to clients and/or blind shipping to end users
• Update production software as jobs move through the production queues
