Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production, administration or customer service is desirable.
• Experience in promotional merchandise, print, apparel, branding, or related industry is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders with local and international suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers and clients via phone and email
• Coordinate artwork approvals between clients, designers, and production teams
• Manage freight bookings and track deliveries
• Monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate job records and internal systems
