Job summary

Peacock Bros. is seeking a Production Manager to lead digital printing, embellishment and finishing operations in NSW, including hot foil, cold foil, embossing and die-cutting. The role drives efficiency, quality and timely delivery across the end-to-end workflow.

The position requires hands-on leadership with strong technical knowledge of pre-press and production processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement while coordinating with Sales and senior management.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in manufacturing/production environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital label printing and embellishment processes.
• Experience with pre-press workflows, die-cutting and finishing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling across digital print, embellishment and finishing in NSW.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of digital printing and premium embellishment processes, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Build and develop Production and Pre-Press teams, including coaching and succession planning.
• Coordinate colour consistency, pre-press workflows and multi-process jobs from artwork to finished product.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation across production and finishings.
• Ensure quality, compliance and WHS standards are maintained; troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and senior management on priorities and risks; manage materials and tooling.
