Job summary

Forever New is seeking an Email & CRM Campaign Specialist to drive email and SMS campaigns across our international markets. You will collaborate with Brand, Ecommerce, Creative and Product teams to blend customer data, personalisation and commercial thinking for high-performing campaigns.

We are looking for a hands-on CRM specialist who enjoys combining creativity, customer insights and performance analytics to deliver targeted experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in email, SMS, CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
• Experience with Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign or a similar platform.
• Hands-on experience building, testing and deploying email campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalisation, QA and email best practice.
• Confidence analysing performance and turning insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and delivery of email and SMS campaigns across multiple markets.
• Manage campaigns end to end, from briefing and audience selection through to deployment and reporting.
• Create targeted and personalised customer experiences using lifecycle, loyalty and behavioural data.
• Lead testing and optimisation across content, audiences, offers, timing and frequency.
• Analyse campaign performance and turn insights into clear actions.
• Partner with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Digital and Product teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

You’re commercially minded, customer-focused and equally comfortable owning the bigger picture and getting hands-on with campaign delivery.

• 3+ years' experience in email, SMS, CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing
• Experience with Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign or a similar platform
• Hands-on experience building, testing and deploying email campaigns
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalisation, QA and email best practice
• Confidence analysing performance and turning insights into action
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management
• Retail, ecommerce, fashion or apparel experience is highly regarded
