Job summary

FOREVER US is seeking an International Logistics & 3PL Manager to own the operational performance of its global network. You will work across international freight, 3PL partnerships, carriers, customs and logistics to move products efficiently and cost-effectively across markets.

This role suits an experienced logistics leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, improving partner performance, and driving scalable processes to support Forever New’s growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain or operations management in a multi-market environment.
• Strong experience managing 3PL providers, freight forwarders and carrier relationships.
• Sound knowledge of international freight, customs, import requirements and trade documentation.
• Strong understanding of freight costs, duties, surcharges and logistics performance.
• Demonstrated people leadership with the ability to set priorities and drive accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with root-cause analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions and partners.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, OMS or TMS platforms highly regarded.
• Experience in retail, fashion or ecommerce environments advantageous.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance and governance of 3PL, freight forwarder and carrier partnerships.
• Drive international freight performance across key trade lanes and manage risk with recovery actions.
• Oversee customs, import compliance and key trade documentation across markets.
• Monitor and improve 3PL and carrier performance with SLAs and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally for smooth inventory flow and store openings readiness.
• Resolve logistics systems and data issues across ERP, WMS, OMS and carrier integrations.
• Provide logistics reporting on service, cost, risk and performance.
• Lead and develop a small team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Champion continuous improvement across the logistics network.

Join Forever New as our International Logistics & 3PL Manager and take ownership of the operational performance of our global network. Working across international freight, 3PL partnerships, carriers, customs and logistics, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our product moves efficiently, compliantly and cost-effectively across our markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced logistics leader who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, strengthening partner performance and driving continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Planning, Retail, Finance, Digital and IT, using data and commercial insight to improve service, reduce cost and build scalable logistics processes that support Forever New’s continued growth.

• Lead the day-to-day performance and governance of our 3PL, freight forwarder and carrier partnerships.
• Drive international freight performance across key trade lanes, proactively identifying risks and leading recovery actions.
• Oversee customs, import compliance, clearance activity and key trade documentation across our international markets.
• Monitor and improve 3PL and carrier performance through clear SLAs, reporting and corrective action plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, reduce avoidable freight costs and eliminate manual processes and rework.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth inventory flow and logistics readiness for new store openings and key business initiatives.
• Lead the operational resolution of logistics systems and data issues across ERP, WMS, OMS and carrier integrations.
• Provide meaningful logistics reporting and insights across service, cost, critical path and operational risk.
• Lead and develop a small team, creating clear priorities, accountability and consistent execution.
• Champion continuous improvement across our logistics network, building sustainable processes that support future growth.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain or operations management role, ideally within a multi-market environment.
• Strong experience managing 3PL providers, freight forwarders and carrier relationships.
• Sound knowledge of international freight, customs, import requirements and trade documentation.
• Strong commercial understanding of freight costs, duties, surcharges and logistics performance.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to set priorities, build capability and drive accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with confidence identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and external partners.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, OMS or TMS platforms will be highly regarded.
• Experience within retail, fashion or ecommerce environments will be advantageous.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
